We would prefer direct bookings with the owner as this will save our guests third party service fees. Alternatively you can book and pay via Air B’n’B.
A refundable £200 maybe required when booking.
If you cancel your booking 28 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund.
If you want to bring your pet dog there is an additional £20 fee to cover extra cleaning costs.
The maximum number of days you can stay at the cottage is 28 days.
- For a 7 night stay the change over day is Friday
- For a 3 night weekend stay the arrival day is Friday and departure day is Monday
- For a 4 night mid week stay the arrival day is Monday and the depature day is Friday
- For other variations please speak to owner.
Maximum number of guests is 4. One double bed and two single.
You are welcome to arrive any time after 15.00 and departure time is by 10.30.
Entry is by key safe located to the right of the front door. The code will be emailed approximately 7 days before arrival. Please leave the key in the black letterbox on departure.

The cottage has gas central heating with a thermostat control. The operating instructions are provided in the welcome pack.
Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users.
No height restrictions
Yes we do allow children but parents should note that the twin bedroom is opposite the stairs so not suitable for very young children.
We allow one well behaved dog.

On street parking or a first come first serve free car park in the village is available.
We do not provide personal essentials such as shampoo, toothpaste etc. There is a quality hair dryer provided and towels too.
We ask if the dishwasher can be loaded and switched on ready to empty. Any rubbish and recycling disposed of in the outside bins. All towels placed in the shower tray. The cottgae to be locked up and the key posted in the black letterbox.
